As a passionate Clinical Exercise Physiologist and having spent time in the field of sports and coaching, Rachel has developed an in-depth understanding of the benefits of physical activity and the power of preventative programmes. Her love for children and knowledge around physical development has always left her seeking ways to create a platform that enhances a child's overall wellbeing. The focus of her role is placed on the continual improvement and advancement of children, ensuring they reach their personal goals and key developmental milestones.

Whitney grew up with a deep love for sport and movement, and has seen first-hand the positive impact it can have on a child's upbringing. This passion drives her commitment to improving wellbeing in children. With a background in design, she brings a unique perspective to how Kids Collab's programmes and spaces can act as catalysts for positive behavioural change. By combining her creative approach with evidence-based content, Whitney helps shape engaging, interactive programmes that foster physical development and overall wellness.

Mziwakhe brings together professional rugby coaching experience and educational expertise, driven by a strong commitment to children's development through movement. He uses the power of storytelling to amplify Kids Collab's impact and advocacy work. His extroverted personality and genuine enthusiasm for sport have shaped his career, from his time at the Lions Rugby Company to his current role as a director championing youth development and leadership excellence.

Kirstyn is an Occupational Therapist with experience across both public and private healthcare in South Africa and the United Kingdom. She brings a deep dedication to creating sustainable social impact, working closely with implementation partners to ensure families and caregivers are equipped with practical tools to support their children's physical development and overall wellbeing.

Catherine is a Kinderkineticist based in Cape Town who places a strong emphasis on early intervention and movement-based learning. She is passionate about promoting gross motor skill development, helping children build the foundations they need to reach their full physical potential.

Francesca and Kelly are registered dietitians and the team behind Hello Life. As practitioners and mothers themselves, they bring both professional expertise and personal experience to nurturing children's nutrition. They recognise that physical activity and a healthy diet go hand in hand, and are integral to a child's development and the milestones they reach along the way.

Bridget is an Early Childhood Educator and Kids Yoga Instructor, and the founder of Little Tree Yogis. She integrates yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, storytelling and affirmations into her work, using these tools to support children's holistic development in a fun and engaging way.

Kaylene is a specialist in Autism and Special Educational Needs, based in the UK. She is a strong advocate for inclusivity, working to remove environmental and attitudinal barriers so that every child can access and benefit from Kids Collab's resources.

Alexandra is an Occupational Therapist who specialises in early childhood intervention, the importance of play, and trauma-informed practice. Having worked across Johannesburg, London and Guinea, she brings a wealth of international experience to her role. She contributes monthly fine motor content to Kids Collab, helping support children's holistic development.
